MistraPharma

On May 14th 2008, 9.30 am — 4 pm, MistraPharma invites you to interesting lectures and an engaged debate, at this years most interesting event concerning pharmaceuticals impact on the environment.
PROGRAM
9.30 am — 10 am
Organic breakfast is served and you are given the opportunity to meet colleagues and learn to know the researchers of the programme.
10 am — 10.30 am
The programme director, Christina Rudén, greets welcome and presents MistraPharma briefly. Programme communicator Karin Liljelund gives a first introduction to the programme plans for communication with the stakeholders.
Charlotte Permell, the renowned environmental journalist and moderator, leads us through the day
10.30 am — 11 am
Rolf Annerberg, General Director at Formas and previous collaborator to EU:s Environmental Commissioner, with extensive international experience and expertise on chemicals in the environment, highlights MistraPharma in an international perspective.
11 am — 11.30 am
Åke Wennmalm, Environmental Director at the Stockholm County Council and member of the MistraPharma board, with great experience of pushing issues of environmental aspects of pharmaceuticals toward municipals and decision makers, highlights MistraPharma from a health care and medical service viewpoint in a European perspective.
11.30 am — 1 pm
Organic lunch and mingle
1 pm — 1.30 pm
Ethel Forsberg, General Director at the Swedish Chemicals Agency and chairman of the MistraPharma board, relates MistraPharma to Sweden´s environmental objective of a non-toxic environment.
1.30 pm — 2.30 pm
More detailed introduction to the research of MistraPharma and how we want to collaborate with the stakeholders.
2.30 pm - 3 pm
Organic coffee and cake
3 pm — 4 pm
We end the day with a panel discussion under the guidance of Charlotte Permell with focus on "What can MistraPharma contribute with?"
