Clipore chairman becomes head of Mistra
Lars-Erik Liljelund is appointed executive director of the Swedish Foundation for Environmental Research - Mistra. As a consequence he also resigns as chairman of the Clipore board.
Lars-Erik Liljelund has been the Clipore chairman since 2007. Over the last two years he has been the special advisor on climate change to the Swedish Primeminister, and between 1999 and 2008 he was the chair of the board of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.

Furthermore, he has also been a board member in the Mistra board for seven years. Liljelund will commence the new position at Mistra on the 16th of August.

— Mistra is a very interesting organisation, I really look forward to begin and hopefully strengthen the secretariat, even though I also regret stepping down from Clipore, says Lars-Erik Liljelund.

A new Clipore chairman will be appointed in collaboration with the Mistra secretariat shortly.
