TransportMistra at transport conference in Aalborg
The annual Danish conference in transport was held August 25 -26 in Aalborg. Researchers from TransportMistra made four presentations on topics within the field of sustainable mobility.
In a session on car drivers and motoring Olle Hagman and Martin Bae Pedersen (INFORM) made a presentation on car emission debates and regulations in Sweden. In a specific session on sustainable mobility, Karolina Isaksson and Tim Richardson (INCLUDE) presented a study on Stockholm congestions tax, Marie Thynell (INFORM) compared sustainable transport politics in New Delhi and Stockholm, while Henrik Gudmundsson and Claus Hedegaard Sørensen (IMPACT) presented a study on bus transport and sustainable mobility in Greater Manchester. The conference had about 275 participants covering representatives from ministries, state agencies, municipalities, organisations, consultants as well as researchers.
