Sustainable Investments: Can environmental and ethical concerns create an added value?
A seminar in conjunction with Al Gore´s visit to Gothenburg to receive the Göteborg Award for Sustainable development on January 22, 2008
 
During the last years the financial sector has shown an increasing interest in environmental and ethical issues. The aim of the seminar Sustainable Investments: Can environmental and ethical concerns create an added value? is both to give an insight into how corporations and institutional investors are dealing with environmental and sustainability issues, and to give a presentation of some recent research. Among the speakers are: Tom Johnstone, Preseident and CEO, SKF; Peter Rydell, Deputy CEO, Swedbank; JohnHowchin, Senior Analyst, Corporate Governance Norges Bank Investment Management and Rickard Olsson and Cristiana Menescu, researchers from the Sustainable Investments programme.
